And if i do 100 sit ups
100 crunches * well attempted * :)
and a 15-30min run everyday will i lose weight and gain muscle fast!?

Don't worry you're nowhere close to overweight!. It's always good to workout though!. Do crunches instead of situps because theyre better on your back!. Running will help you lose any belly fat!. Gaining muscle will come from push-ups and the crunches!. You're too young to do any weight training!. And again, youre fine :]]Www@Answer-Health@Com
