Question: Diet Plan please :) 10 points!
I'm 5"6, 132lbs :/ and female ( 16 years old)
I dont eat meat and the only fish i eat is tuna
Whats a diet plan i can follow that will keep me full but will make me get to my target weight of 125lbs before September 2nd!.

Actually eating 750 calories after restricting in the day would slow down your metabolism greatly and eventually cause you to gain weight!.
Eating too much fiber can also slow down your metabolism!.
I would suggest eating 1800 calories a day (or more, check a website for a better estimation) and excersize (such as jog, elliptical, powerwalk, etc) six days a week!. Break up your daily calorie allowance into Breakfast, lunch, snack, dinner, and snack!. That way your metabolism will be revved up and you won't feel hungry!. Make sure to get enough protein and make sure that your calories are "spent" on nutritious and whole foods to fully nourish your body!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You are pretty young but you can still try this drastic approach!.!.!.
This is a sort of metabolic diet designed to stimulate your metabolism to burn more calories during the workouts!.

1) Drink at least 4l of water a day
2) Eliminate bread, pasta and rice from any meal, including breakfast
3) Eat loads of vegetables
4) Increase the minutes of cardio in your workouts
5) Introduce more protein instead of carbs (you can have some milk or egg protein powder instead of meat or fish if you don't like it)!.

If you follow these tips you should be able to reach your goal easily!.
You cannot follow this diet forever though as it's too unbalanced in terms of nutritional elements!.

If you eat around 1500 calories a day, and do some exsercise, maybe half an hour walk or jog then you should be at least 125 by September!.
Right for meals:
Breakfast:
Bowl of cereal with TINY bit of milk (200cal)
Snack:
Piece of fruit (Up to 100cal)
Lunch:
Try coucous (200cal) or a salad (50cal!?)
Snack:
Whatever you want for about 200cal
Dinner:
Anything for 750 cal

The more FIBER you eat, the better off you will be!.!.!.!.!.

High fiber foods weill keep you feeling full longer!.
I love Fiber One cereal with unsweetened soy milk (which is so good & it is also!.!.!.high in fiber) That combo is high fiber heaven!.!.!.!.Also check out Atkins shakes & bars which also have good fiber!.

and of course, LOTS OF WATER!.!.!.use flavor packs to make it easier if need be!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

eat weatabix wit no sugar for breakfast
for lunch have brown bread and natural yogurt
for dinner have green vegetables and tuna
as a snack eat seeds im not joking
drink lots of water and green tea
