How to resist temptation eating?!!!!


Question: How to resist temptation eating!?!!!
I have a horrible sweet tooth, and too make it worse we have so so so much good candy and chocolate chip cookies and fudge ice cream in the house!. I'm trying to eat healthy and can always make it until the end of the day!.!.!.and then i eat and can't stop eating the sweets and fats!.

What are some ways to bee strong and NOT GIVE IN!!?
I really cannot afford this to my health!.!.!.my family has a history of diabetes!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Firstly, stop junk food from coming into your house!. Try to stay away from the kitchen area during hours when you aren't eating!. I have a huge sweet tooth also, and something that works for me is telling myself that I won't remember the flavor of the snack a few hours later!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

First off if its not in your house you can't be tempted by eating it!. So I would get rid of all of the candy etc!.
Once your body goes through a sugarless period you will not have those cravings!. Sugar is an addiction!.
If diabetes doesn't scare you enough then nothing will!. Just think of all of the bad side effects of diabetes, I know, I am a nurse who has taken care of many of them just like you!.
If you want to bad enough you will say this is enough and I don't need, I don't want it!Www@Answer-Health@Com

think of you buying fat people pants and everyone staring!.!.!.!. the embarrasment!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!. drink LOTS of water until you're EXTREMELY full and have to desire to eat, and fill yourself up between meals with water!. 2!. Brush your teeth then drink a full glass of water
3!. Do something to take your mind off of the food!. Either a hobby or excersizeWww@Answer-Health@Com

chew gum when you have a craving!. try like chewing on ice that helps me but it isn't great for your teeth so be careful!Www@Answer-Health@Com

When you save yourself from all that till the end of the day and you will obviously find yourself giving in!. But what I do, is give myself just a teeny bit every hour or so!. So than, you won't feel the need to break in with the sweets!. If you give yourself a little once in a while!. !. you'll find no need to suddenly burst back to the bad habit!.
