Is this a good work out Routine..?!


Question:

Is this a good work out Routine..?

Mon I do chest Bis,Tris and abs. Tue i Do shoulders and back. Wens i do Legs and abs, and than all over again intill saturday,and i take sunday off. I give my body 48 hours of rest for each body part.

Im 17 by the way and i cant wait more than 2 days to work , i drink 2 shakes a day and my muscles recover really fast ...about the card I run a mile right before i work out everyday...

Its a good routine BUT your not gonna reach your full potential because 48hrs isn't enough recovery time for your muscles. I suggest, since your already going to the gym 6 days a week, to break up your routine even farther to even more specific muscle days. For instance, just chest one day, just back one day, just legs one day, and so on. For full recovery time you muscles need about a week or so. Also with breaking up your workout days into more specific muscle areas you can incorporate even more exercises for that muscle group into each routine.
