Question: Worried about getting fat
Last year i could eat malteasers and cakes and not put on any weight!. I was a nice size 8!. But about 2 months ago my ex boyfriend convinced me i was fat! I felt so insecure!. This past week ive ran 15 minutes a day which i think i should carry on with!. but food wise i use to only at 2 bowls of special k in the morning, go without then eat a big dinner then a activia fat free yogart for pudding, im still a size 8 but a slim size 8!. I want to eat more during my day such as turkey sandwhichs etc but i dont want to get fat! I dont mind going back to my original weight but would i get bigger!? ps im only 16! also i drink like 4 cans of diet pepsi a day but i always have!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I think your ex has issues!.!.!.!.!. size 8 is NOT fat!!! It's a lovely size!. If you are comfortable with your body, just ignore those people!. All that matters is what you think!. If you are worried about relationships failing because of your size - DONT! You should find someone who loves you for YOU, not for your body! :)

Walking is good though if you really want to loose weight!.!.!. or jogging!. Also, cut out as much junk food/take aways as possible, and any soda/soft drinks!. Limit yourself!. Drink lots of water!. Eat small meals more often (about 6 a day, rather than 3 big ones) and DONT TRY STARVING YOURSELF!

ok well my best advice is dont listen to ppl and just start eating less amounts of food and drink!. Also start to love fruit not sweets fruit has natural flavors and sweetness!. also walk around and dont sit around alot!. just believe in ur self and the pounds will just come off!. i was in ur spot one timeWww@Answer-Health@Com

Your boyfriend is a loser! Size 8 isn't fat!. It seems like you are perfectly healthy!. He's not a doctor, so don't worry about it!. I don't think you'll get bigger!. Maybe you should cut down on the diet Pepsi!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You shouldn't let other people get toyouand make you feel bad about yourself , if your really worried about your weight try eating health foods or smaller servings but do't go without, and be active each day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
