When Should I Work Out??!


Question: When Should I Work Out!?!?
Ok, I work-out after and before i eat by 2-3 hours but i recently heard that you can exercise after an hour, i know that there's ppl who take snacks before work-out!!
So, when should i work-out!?! at any time or an hour after eating or more! and when should i eat after working out!?

really it depends on how u feel i personally cant eat before a workout or at least too much or ill puke so i workout early morning if u can eat right before go ahead have some fruit and it's recommended u wait 1-2hrs after u eat then eat right after ur workout more carbs and proteins this eating 1-2hrs before hand is for max energy id say 2hrs cuz then u eat after u workout like 3hrs between meals saying u workout an hour and ull actually be hungry so try that just a suggestion good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

your body burn more calories on the long run if you eat something before exercising!. half of a banana is great!.!.!. because after sleeping for 8 hours ( or the amount you get) the body needs to refuel!.

once you're hungry your brain doesn't communicate with the rest of your body as it should, making your workout harder and not as effective as you may want it!. after you work out, take a shower and have a make yourself a fruit smoothie, without sugar, that should give you a great energy boost through the next couple of hoursWww@Answer-Health@Com

personally, I prefer to eat something (carbohydrate) very small before working out!. then within an hour of working out, eat something w/ protein!. (chocolate milk is the best)

when you work out is up to you and your schedule!. some people can't work out at night b/c it keeps them awake!. some people can't workout in the morning!. just up to the individual!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
