Question: What are some ways to speed up my metabolism and curb hunger!?
I recently lost about 30 pounds!. My problem is now that I have lost the weight I want to tone up so I increased my exercise!.!.!.!.!. which is not much, however I am more tired and hungry ALL OF THE TIME!!!! I know the hunger is probably due to the extra exercise but if I stop then I can't tone!.

You may be surprised, but a lot of little meals during the day will actually increase your metabolism and give you more energy!.
Try fresh fruit, soy milk, nuts, cheese!.
As for toning up, do some weight training, it's a great challenge and won't bulk you up unless you do steroids or something!. I also like yoga and pilates!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Water!. Drink lots and lots of water, especially right after you wake up!. It will help to boost your metabolism and make you feel more full!.
Oatmeal is a very good breakfast food for keeping you feeling full longer and is great for your body and brain (oat bran helps with concentration levels and memory) so try eating it for breakfast!. Meats like chicken, turkey and fish are your friend for staying full and getting enough protein for your muscles!. Whole wheat carbs and fruit like apples and bananas do wonders for energy, try incorporating more into your diet!.
If you are feeling tired all of the time, are you sure you are getting enough sleep!? You may bring into question how much sleep you're getting and how well you're sleeping!. Has is been a while since you've gotten a new mattress!? Just some other things to consider!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

This is my exact problem too! I lost thirty pounds in three months and I am forever hungry!. I know eating Protein (such as eggs) makes you FEEL more full, as does fiber!. Fiber will also cause you to go to the bathroom more which, in turn, causes more weight loss!. I'd suggest Fiber and Protein to start off!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
