Question: Do you think I'll lose weight with this!?
Hey there, so I'm going to start my running tomorrow, I found this program, do you think It'll help me lose weight!? I want to lose about 30 pounds right now, but I want to do it over the course of a period of time, I know I won't be able to lose it in 8 weeks, but do you think if I follow this, and I eat 4-6 meals a day 2 hours apart, It'll help me lose weight!?

I think you will, just be sure to have water in your diet, that will help, and eliminate the sweets, occasional sweets are good, they can be used as a weekly reward, but don't pig out on the reward! But your program should be able to give you satisfying results
