I drink green tea for the taste, but I have a friend who drinks green tea and takes vitamins instead of eating and she loses weight!. I personally don't think too much of her ways of dieting!.

hmm stay away from milk teas use to work in a pearl drink place XD more than half the thing is creamer sugar and ice anyhow lose weight compared to what!? ^^ a little specific would be nice umm read the back of the packet probably a few cal compared to water at least Www@Answer-Health@Com

what i did is limit my abmount of sweets!. then when i went to buy groceries, i only baught healthy stuff!. You can buy a couple junk snacks but only eat about one a day!. trust me youll lose weight within two weeks!. but dont cheat on it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I've heard it does help, but so does grapefruit, celery, cucumbers and just about anything else without fat!.
