How can I burn 1500 calories a day?!


Question: How can I burn 1500 calories a day!?
I KNOW I can consume 1400 but how can I burn 1500!? I really wanna lose weight and look good next year instead of feeling gross! I take kickboxing, I already drink a lot of water, I am gonna start stretching everyday, and I'm going to do squats everyday! I really just wanna lose my belly, thunder thighs, and get nice and toned and lose those extra lbs! I'm 5'5 1/2 and 145! It's embarrassing especially as a teenage girl! I'm also drinking orange juice and taking my vitamins especially vitamin c not only because it helps fight colds but I heard it helps with weight loss! Is that true!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Stick to something that you can actually accomplish!.!.!. setting a bar that high is great, but odds are you'll break down a week later and nothing will change!.

The kickboxing sounds great, the squats are great too!.!.!. do crunches and pushups every day and lift weights!.

Cardio is great for long term healthier life styles, but it will NOT speed up your metabolism like weightlifting will!. Walking and running will help your with your thighs though!.

You don't need the Orange juice if you're taking vitamin C!.!.!. OJ has quite a few calories!.

Stick to a realistic diet too!. Slim-fast works great, and it's pretty cheap!. Drink 2 slim-fasts a day with 2 pieces of fruit, as much water as you want, and eat whatever you want for dinner and you'll be shedding pounds every week!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Huh!. So, if i get it right, you are saying you consume 1400 calories and want to get rid of 1500 calories!?! What exactly are you going to provide to your body for it to function properly!? By the way, this is very unhealthy and not a good way to loose weight!.

well i hope your goal is to reach 120-125 no less cause then you'll look gross! my advice to you is dont eat junk food! and try not to eat homemeals if your mom cooks like mine!.!.!.rice,beans,fried chicken etc!. try eating soups, salads, and sandwhiches!. drink alot of water like your doing now and walk alot and trust me youll be fine if your still not losing weight after that than try seeing a dr!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

That's not fat! That's the weight ur supposed 2 b @! I was really concerened about my weight and ended up battling anorexia and bulimia!. Ur growing, so the number on the scale is not a big deal!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
