5'6'' and 190 pounds!


Question: 5'6'' and 190 pounds
I want to weigh 110 but it feels impossible to get there!.

You have to change your lifestyle for once and for all!.!.!.workout in moderate intensity 6 days a week and calorie shift your meals healthily!.!.!.you may have small portions of 2 or 3 cheat meals a week but drink only water and herbal teas!.!.!.snack on fruits and raw nuts!.!.!.eat enough lean proteins and veggies!.!.!.keep carb intake in moderation but dont avoid them at all or you will lose muscle!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I was 5'11" and weighed 250 a year and a half ago!. I now weigh 197!. The best way to calculate a healthy weight and calorie intake is to take your ideal weight, which is somewhere between 115 and 160, and multiply that ideal weight by 10 if you are a woman and 11 if you are a man to arrive at your ideal caloric intake!. For example let's say you choose 140 as your weight!. ( A reasonable request of yourself ) Multiply that times 10 to come up with 1400 calories to use a day!. If you are active at all you can bump that up a bit to 1600 calories and still lose weight!. I hope that helps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

its possible!.!.!.!.you just have to remember that its gonna take a while and sometimes your gonna get discouraged but you just gotta keep on keepin on! i was @ 190 and im around 5'8- so i just started eating healthy and working out and not focusing on how much i weigh but just being healthy becuz its not about dieting its about being healthy and now a few months later i weigh 140! its been a long process but im still goin =)Www@Answer-Health@Com

To be 5'6" and 110 lbs is sick!. You will look like bones and skin!. I know this bc my sister is 5'6" and 107 (as of today) and she keeps wanting to lose weight!. A healthy wieght for you is 120!. However, you should practice a healthy eating habit and exercise daily!. It is unhealthy to be that tall and weight so little!.!.!.!.Please becasreful!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes it has been done before!. My bf ( im on his profile) actually weighed like 260 and now hes 200!. He's really tall and plays football so 200 looks really good on him!. If you diet and work out a lot, especially run you should be able to lose it!. Try to stay low on carbs, fats and sugars!. eat alot of fish and chicken!.
