First off DO NOT do sit-up's, it's one of the biggest myth's out there, it builds muscle in the stomache but it doesn't get rid of fat so it will make your stomache bigger!.
I suggest you do crunches and leg lifts, you will need to do both because crunches focus on your upper somache and leg lifts on the lower stomache!.
In the first few days you will find you waist changing shape this is because your somache is lifting before moving inward, but it will work!.
If your as weak as me i suggest you do 10 crunches, then 5 leg lifts, then 10 crunches and then 5 leg lifts, everyday!.

Stop drinking beer!. It's empty calories that you can go without while you're on your diet plan!. From there, start doing cardio for 3-4 hours a week split over 3-4 days!. Running, jogging, swimming, biking, elliptical!. If you're a walker or slow exerciser, double it to 8 hours a week!.
