Unfortunately spot training doesn't work!. So just because you do 200 sit ups a day doesn't mean you'll get a nice stomach!. It means you'll build muscle, but if your stomach is covered in fat, it won't show!. So you need to do cardio!. My suggestion is to go jogging everyday!. Start with a mile a day and work your way up!. Running works out your ab muscles as well as burn fat so you'll see results after a while!. Don't forget a healthy diet! and don't eat after six, and go running before you have breakfast!. That'll increase your metabolism and suppress your hunger!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
if u can exercise at least 40 minutes 4/5 times a week preferrably aerobics such as walking, cycling, or sweimming
eat healthy, eat 3 sensible well balanced meals each day
high protein breakfast- eggs, meat or breakfast sandwich
lunch and supper- lean meats and veggies, carbohydrates
drink plenty of liquids every day about 5-8 glasses of liquids but no soft drinks stay away from soft drinks
make sure u get lots of rest ur body needs about 8hrs of sleep

well, diet and exercise, of course!. ive seen plenty of infomercials, and i saw this one thing (i forget the name) but its like a heating pad that you strap on and pretty much sweat the inches off, i dont know how well it'll work, but where theres a will, theres a way!. [:my lWww@Answer-Health@Com
