I want to slim down my thighs this summer?

My goal for this summer is to slim down my thighs enough so I can feel comfortable enough to wear a miniskirt. I'm thinking of running everyday and riding my bike. What kinds of exercises and/or diets will help me slim down my thighs?


Answers:

Leg lunges work great. If you do the running and biking along with the leg lunges and bends you will be in great shape. Also, don't neglect your upper body. Do push ups and sit ups as well.
