okay so i neeeeeeeeeed to knnow how to do a split or my future as a dancer is non existant. so any stretching tips would be very very apriciated thanx please no drifting of into other conversations i really neeeeeeeeed ur help

I use to take ballet when I was a kid and was able to do splits, so here's a good exercise. Sit with legs stretched out far apart, then lower your torso towards the floor and practice this every day or night until you can touch your head to the floor, I use to be able to touch my chin to the floor. This will really stretch the legs...oh by the way, you're gonna feel it!!!
