I hate throwing out web sites like a lot of people do, but you can go to sparkpeople!.com and enter all your information (age, weight, height, weight loss goal, etc!.) and it'll give you the recommended calorie range for you and your amount of exercise!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

1000 to 1200calories a day!. preferably in 5 minimeals about 3hrs apart!.
calories don't change whether you exercise or not!. this is to lose about 2lbs a week!.
i'm 6',198lbs and eat between 1300 and 1500 a day to lose a little over 2lbs a week!. i eat the same number of calories on exercise days as i do on non exercise days!.!.

No matter what, you MUST consume 1200 everyday!. No more, no less!.
