I started using it and a friend said that it will give me severe acne!. For the people who use or have tried it, is this true!?

Creatine! Finally a question i know a lot about!. Creatine just coats the muscles in a water layer to promote healing!. There is nothing wrong with it and it is not dangerous (unlike what some think)!. It is an exelent supliment when used with protein, there is and never has been a better duo!. I have always had a problem gaining weight!. Just working out never did it for me, i would just get more and more tone!. But, taking suppliments helped me get bigger and tone at the same time!. Creatine won't cause acne!. However, if you're taking creatine, and you're a sweaty unclean teenager who doesn't shower, you will get acne - but the creatine itself won't!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
