Question: Whats the best way to loose weight!?!?
Im 117lbs and i would liek to loose 27 pounds before school starts! im 5,5 ): i dont like to use those diet plans, just some tips to loosng weight! thanks<33Www@Answer-Health@Com

Breakfast: Yogurt!.
Lunch: Salad!.
Dinner: Chicken with veg!.
Snacks: Fruit!.

With this you will lose the weight quickly but heathily!.

Only drink water and run for 30 minutes a day!.

Wow, chill out!. You definitely don't need to lose any weight!. You could actually stand to gain a little!. You should weigh 100 lbs if you're 5'0", and five pounds for every inch more than that!. So you should actually weigh about 125 lbs!. So unless you have an extremely (and I mean extremely) small frame, you don't want to weigh 90 lbs!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sure!. You could work out a lot and use some diet pills!. I know working out doesn't seem so great but if you work out with a friend or do it while watching tv it'll help!. Running at least a mile every other day will help you shed those extra calories!.

Try eating/drinking less dairy products and eating less rice!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
