Liquid diet...........!


Question: Liquid diet!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.
How would I do this!? Is it unhealthy and after the diet would i gain all my weight back!? how much weight would i loose!?

It is unsafe to do this!. To lose weight safely, you need to talk to your doctor or a nutritionist!. There are no quick fixes!. If you do a liquid diet, you probably won't lose weight for awhile!. The body needs time to adjust to what it would be lacking!. You will be sick and have no energy!. Once you start eating normally, any weight lost will come back!. Please talk to a doc or nutritionist!. Don't hurt yourself!.

I had to have my jaws wired shut for 2 months after I had reconstructive surgery on my face that broke both jaws!. I could only have a liquid diet!. It was awful!. It was scary!. I had no energy despite nutrition and vitamin powders I could put in my drinks that my doc gave me!. I didn't lose much weight at all!. I was thrilled when they took off the wires so I could eat normally!.

I wouldnt recommend this type of diet!. You probably would gain the weight back on after the diet!. I wouldnt know how much weight you would loose, depends on how long you do it but it isnt good for you and you wont feel good and you will have low-energy!. The best way to loose weight is to just eat 4-5 meals per day in "small" portions every 2-3 hours!. If you want to snack on anything just make it fruit and remember to drink atleast 8 glasses of water per day!. Some people dont know how important drinking water is if you are trying to loose weight!. Also along with eating healthy, you must excercise!. Go on brisk walks everyday or jogs!. Maybe join aerobics and do it ATLEAST 2-3 times per week to see results!. Good luck :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Most liquid diets may allow you to lose some weight very quickly, but your body needs solids too!. It is a bad idea, and the chances are very high that you would regain your weight and possibly more!. This sort of diet should never be attempted on your own, but only under the supervision of a doctor and/or nutritionist!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

do not go on a liquid diet!. it is extremely unhealthy!. your body can only survive 3 weeks without food!. if you eat a lot you will gain the weight back!. if you just cut down your meals, you could lose weight really fast!. i tried that and i lost a lot of weight!. just make sure youre getting all of your food groups in!. but make sure you eat breakfast !!!!! eating breakfast kicks up your matabalism and you lose weight faster!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
