Question: How can i loose weight!?!?
iam 14 years old and i way 192 pounds!.!.when you look at me i dont really look that large but inside i know i rellay need to loose weight can anyone help!.!.iam begining high school and i dont wanna be made fun of!.!.please help!.!.another thing is that iam ADDICTED to fast food!.!.what should i eat!.!.to stay healthy and be happy !?Www@Answer-Health@Com

In the morning have egg whites and a half piece of wheat bread with peanut butter on it!. For lunch, have a banana and some type of lunch meat (perf turkey)!. For dinner try to eat around 5:30-7:00 and have chicken with a steamed veggie(not stir fried)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
192!.!.!. i dont know when your school starts but you really dont have a lot of time!. You should take your time and exercise throughout the year, then, you will lose weight
Take two months and lose 10 lbs in each month!. Do cardio, walk/run onthe treadmill, do situps, pushups, jump rope!. YOU HAVE TO HAVE ACCESS TO A GYM!. or you can run/ walk on the streets!. STOP EATING FAST FOOD!. Eat Tilapia Fish, Salmon, Grilled Chicken or Baked!. NOTHING FRIED!. Also, drink 8 bottles of water a day, eat freuit and vegetables!. You should be eating about 2000 calories a day, but the right foods!. Eating Mcdonalds meals that equal 2000 calories will not do!. It has to be healthy food!.

you can eat 5-6 mini full meals a day, but they cant be junk food!. for brealfast , maybe two scrambled eggs with some cheese not too much!. Stay away from jnk food that's a big problem!. And when ever you in the mood for junk food, eat a carrot, they actually taste pretty good and they're satisfying!. im also starting highschool and i want to lose some weight!.
