I am just do not into going to the gym!.So any fun mediuem workouts

10 minutes is not sufficient for exercise by any measure on any individual!. If you are not into going to the gym, you're going to have to do your cardio elsewhere!. Try an hour of biking 4 times a week, or running or swimming!. That's lengths, not sitting in a hottub!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Um if i was going to work out for 10 mins!.!.!.i would do tons of diff leg lifts!.!.!.alot of squats!.!.!.sit ups!.!.!.and push ups!.!.!.i cant tell you the names because i dont know the names for the exercises but if your a woman im sure you know about leg lifts anyways!. you do them on your hands and knee'sWww@Answer-Health@Com

either jogging (like 50 paces running, 50 paces walking etc etc) or skipping with a rope or something fun!. you can get hula hoops with weights that are great fun and good for trimming your waist!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

100 sit-ups and 100 jumping jacks- see if you can do that in 10 minutesWww@Answer-Health@Com

Jump around on a rebounder (mini trampoline) or jump rope!. Will get your heart rate going!. Try it a few times a day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
