Question: Will I lose weight!? [please help me!!!]
after 11 hours of the cabbage soup diet!.!.i feel miserable and totally gave up!.

if i dont eat after 6 p!.m!. and cut down on junk food and do about 100 situps a day will i lose weight!?
i need to lose about 10 pounds before october!.

Its definitely doable!. I wouldn't worry about not eating after 6, or any time!. It has been shown that eating more frequent smaller meals actually keeps your metabolism rate higher, which of course means you burn more calories, even at rest!. Cutting out junk food, soda, etc will make a big difference!. Focus on eating fruits, veggies, healthy fats (peanuts for example), lean meats (for protein), and carbs (yes they are important)!. A healthy diet in conjunction with exercise (walking, biking, swimming, aerobics, running, etc) is the best way to lose weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hi!! Im here to tell you ANYTHING is possible If you just believe! Ive been on a diet for about ONE month now & I lost 12 lbs! And DONT go on ANY diet! It NEVER works!. Just do wut I do:
- eat healthy
- drink PLENTY of water
- dont eat 3 hrs before you sleep & dont eat at night (if you get hungry eat NOTHING but fruit or vegies!

im 15 and when i was 13 i was 190lbs!.!. and thats heavy !.!.

and now after the hard excersising and healthy foods im 124 lbs!.!.

and i have 6 pack and muscles!.!. and i lost most of my weight in 4-5 months!.!.

it is totally possible to lose 10 pounds by october what i might suggest is that u start to do some running or jogging Www@Answer-Health@Com
