How can i get real big(strong) in two weeks?!


Question: How can i get real big(strong) in two weeks!?
My school starts in two weeks and i was wondering how i could get really big(strong)!. My brother says to just drink protein after your workout!. Is this true!?!? Is there any other way to get strong really quick with simple workouts!. I own a bowflex and dumbells btw!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

you cant get big and strong really quick, it takes time for the muscles to be torn down then rebuilt!. yes, having a protein shake after you workout will help, but its also the diet throughout the day is the biggest key!. sorry, but its going to take longer than two weeks to get the results you want!.!.!.hope that helpsWww@Answer-Health@Com

yes, whey protein after u work out but i will probably not even gain a pound in 2 weeks, u should have started since the beginning of the summer, u would have probably gained about 5 lbs by now, its not easy to gain weight when u work out Www@Answer-Health@Com

you cant in 2 weeks but you can in two monthes if you want abs and six pack do crunches and sit ups if you want big chest muscles like hulk hogan do push ups everyday if you want big arms do curls shoulder muscles lift barsWww@Answer-Health@Com
