Question: Why do I feel more hungry mid morning if I eat breakfast rather than if I dont!?
I thought eating breakfast was supposed to stop you feeling hungry but it doesnt work for meWww@Answer-Health@Com

when there's food in your stomach, it produces stomach acids to break the food down!. When your breakfast (usually small, even worse if it's cereal) has been broken down, you have all this stomach acid that you normally wouldn't have!. this is what make you feel peckish, as opposed to feeling properly starving!.!. ie it's your stomach that feels hungry not your brain!.

Its your metabolism!. When you don't eat in the morning your metabolism puts you into a minor starvation mode and slows way down thus you won't be hungry for longer!. When you do eat in the morning it speeds your metabolism up to where it burns fats much quicker, so you will naturally be hungry quicker!. thats why they say to eat 4 or 5 small meals throughout they day!. It s very important to eat breakfast in the morning as a source of energy for the whole day if u skip it later on you will get tired and start felling sick from hunger it makes u hungry because it opens up your apetite in the morning but if u dont it closes it down and expects no food as if u have already had someWww@Answer-Health@Com
I think it's so important to eat breakfast no matter what!. The important thing is what you do mid morning when you feel hungry!. It's also probably better to eat something mid morning to remove that hunger pangs!. Possible an apple or something healthy!. Not sweet diet bars etc!.

if you dont eat breakfast your body thinks that it is not getting any food that day and so starts to use your body fats!. I would assume that continues during the morning and therefore you are not hungry during that proccess!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
maybe your body require more at the mid morning!.!. or maybe you load your stomach too much in the morning!.!.n when your stomach was emptied!.!.you'll feel hungry!.!.
