For the army, you'll want to build muscle and get your cardiovascular system in shape!. To get your cardiovascular system in tip top shape, do 30 mins to 1 hour a day!. I like running, but you can do anything!. Doing different things every day is important, too!. You have to vary your routine regularly for your system to benefit!. As for weights, I have a great 3 day split: Day 1: Back and Biceps, Day 2: Chest, Shoulders and Triceps, Day 3: Lower body!. You can add a fourth day for abs, or do abs every other day!. Hey I'm in the same boat, literally haha, I signed up for the Navy on the 31st, i dont ship out till next Febuary tho!. My recruiters just keep telling me to train for the physical training test!. I dunno about the Army's but I just have to focus on running,push ups, and sit ups!. If u can smoke the requirements then ur all set!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
