Just had hernia sugery three weeks ago and i want to start working out!?

what are some good cardio and lifting exercizes i could do to get back into shape, without stressing out and re injuring myself? i lift and run every day or try to.

Answers:

You can do cardio but run on a descent pace and if you want to do some lifting exercise try do some free weights and try to work yourself back into your daily routine and dont go like try to do alot just do minimum and see how your body reacts and as time progress you can add more weights or faster pace depending on how your bod reacts.
