i am 5'8'' too!. the normal range for us is 135-150 according to shape!.com!. yeah you are right you need to gain weight!. i mean i am 143 and i feel skinny!. i cant imagine what you feel like!. since you are probably small framed i would aim for around 130-135!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You are a little underweight, but it's not something to worry about at your age; as long as you are eating enough food!.
If you want to gain a little weight, you could always eat a couple hundred more calories per day!.

According to the following website, your BMI is about 16!.7 - which is quite underweight!. For a normal healthy BMI of about 18, I'd reccommend a weight for you of about 120!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
