A question about early morning workouts.!


Question: A question about early morning workouts!.
Since I heard it's best to workout in morning because it makes your body more active and then you burn more calories in the day!. Which brings me to my question!.

Should you eat breakfast first and then wait a little bit and then workout or should you eat breakfast after!? I know that sounds a little dumb, but that's were I get lost because normally I workout later in the day!. I think it would be better for me to start earlier then later!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It comes down to personal preference, some will say it's better to burn existing energy stores and others will say eat first so you have more energy to workout!.

As a trainer I always recommend eating about an hour before, then you have the energy to work harder thus obtaining a better work out - more muscle and a higher metabolism!. But this can make some people feel a little nauseous!.

Try both and see how you feel!. It's really up to you!. I must recommend always eating breakfast though!.

Your body is a sort of machine that needs the right fuel in order to keep running!. When you start off your day with an empty tank, you're going to notice a difference in your performance!. As your body sleeps at night, it is using up the foods from the day before, digesting them, and emptying out your system!. So, when you wake up, you need to replenish your body in order to get your morning and your day off to the right start!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you have a bit of extra body fat then you don't need to eat breakfast before your workout!. If you want to lift quite heavy weights or you are doing an intense workout then I recommend eating 1/2 a banana or a full small banana or a yoghurt 30 mins before!. Drink plenty of water before, during and after your workout!. If you have low blood pressure then you'll need to eat something before or you could faint!.

I'm sure there will be a lot of debate over this but your fat stores will be used as an energy source to drive the muscles which is what you want!. You'll obviously need to replace that energy with food after your workout!. Drink water, get some carbs and then protein!. That order is quite important as well as consuming them within 1-2 hours!. Your body will burn a lot of this energy up only leaving a small amount to store as fat!.!.!.which is also what you want!.

I've trained like this for a while and have trained a few people like this with good results!. They feel stuffed after the workout but after a couple of hours they feel really energized and great throughout the day!.!.!.until they get to about 8pm and they wanna sleep!Www@Answer-Health@Com
