How can i flatten my lower abdomen?!
Question: How can i flatten my lower abdomen!?
I have always had a sort of pooch at the bottom of my stomach and i would really like to be able to flatten it out!. i love my body but sometimes it will frusterate me when i wear tight clothes!.
are there any simple stretches or exercises i can do to help it!? and how long should i do that exercise and how often!? i dont have a bar that i can use and i am a teenager so i wont be doing like yoga or pilates!. haha!.
all answers are appreciated and if you have had experience with this problem and used any exercises can you please tell me how long it took to see results!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

sit ups and push ups will help you the most!. do about 20-30 every day and in about 1 month it shouldve disapeared! lol also i no your a teenager, as am i, but yoga really does work!. i did actually have the same problem myself, and my mum brought home a dvd of yoga, so i thought i shld give it a try, and i loved it and did it every day for 2 weeks, and lost 6 kg AND had a flat stomache!
now yoga is my new best friend!. lol i love it soo much and cant stop doing it!.!
it REALLY does work and i really think if you want a flat stomache, that you try some yoga!
another way is to just eat healthy and that way the wight will just slowy go down and down, and stomach will go flatter and flatter, but that would take a few months!.

www!.eddiebaran!.com he teaches gymnastic ab exercises!. i do them everyday and at 31 years young!. no sit ups and crunches!. what he teaches (what i do) is far more effective!. i had same problem and all the sit ups and crunches in the world never helped!. gymnastic abs did the trick!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

if you lay down straight!.then you lift your legs up toward you while they are still straight!. it will get the lower abs!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
