Suggestions!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
on the liquid diet you must still consume fat and protein (but not too much)
protein is especially important for guys
i would recommend loads of drinks
-milk is the most important besides water!. it will be your main protein and fat source!. make sure you drink milk and milkshakes if you want!

- tea!. you can have tea with 0 calorie sweetener because it has less cals than sugar!. you should have fruit teas, herbal teas and whatever you want!.

- fruit drinks!. there are loads of fruit drinks - juice, smoothies, shakes!. just watch the calories content on the things you drink!

have coffee to wake you up - but if you have cream, milk and sugar watch the calories!.

there are loads of drinks to try, but to answer your question i would say milk, milkshakes and protein shakes are improtant!. also creamy soups as they count as liquids!.

good luck

A full or strained liquid diet consists of both clear and opaque liquid foods with a smooth consistency!. It includes milk, milkshakes, ice cream, pudding, strained cream soups, fruit nectar with pulp, smooth cooked cereals such as oatmeal and cream of wheat, butter, and honey!. In some cases, a full liquid diet may also include other foods that have been thinned and blended with liquids such as milk, meat or vegetable broth, or fruit or vegetable juice

Do Liquid Diets Really Work!?

Liquid diets contain a reduced -- and often significantly reduced -- number of calories!. If you eat fewer calories than you burn off, you will lose weight!. However, that weight loss may be short-lived!. When you drastically reduce the amount of calories you consume, your metabolism slows to conserve energy!. Unless you change your eating habits, you'll gain back the weight as soon as you return to your old diet!.

Some liquid diets work better over the long term than others!. Researchers have found that diets that include both food and liquids can help overweight people control the number of calories they eat with liquid meals and help keep the weight off for several years!.

As for the claim by some liquid diets that they can 'detoxify' the system by cleansing it of impurities, there is no evidence to prove it!. "The body is a very sophisticated machine that has its own system of detoxifying through the liver and sweat," says Andrea Giancoli, a registered dietitian and spokeswoman for the American Dietetic Association!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

From what I have learned over the years, fluids would make a very poor substitute for actual iron filled foods when it comes to helping muscle growth!.

Apart from muscle enhancing drinks and milk mixers you can buy there is a very small chance of liquids being high enough in the needed protein and iron to promote muscle growth!.

I would suggest getting yourself a high energy diet whilst drinking equal amounts of milk and water through the day and of course plenty of hard exercise on the parts of the body you want to enhance!.

Make sure the water your drinking is froma tap and the milk your drinking is full fat!. Protein drinks are advisable too :DWww@Answer-Health@Com

The best way to lose weight is to gain muscle!. Muscles will burn calories faster!. If you try a starvation/liquid diet your body will start to lose weight by eating away at the muscle before eating away at the fat!. The muscles in your body actually eat away at the fat!. If you do any kind of liquid/starvation diet you will just gain the weight back when you go back to eating and it will be worse because there will be less muscle to eat away at the fat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You only do that if your teeth have dropped out and they probably will if you don't use them

Mothers milk might contain more or less all of a baby's needs but cows milk lacks vit c amongst other things!. The link below came from New Scientist's Q&A section and gives food for thought!

Milk and alcohol

Q: I have heard that it is possible to live on Guinness and milk alone!. Is this true, or even partially true!?

A: This is not quite true!. Guinness does contain many vitamins and minerals in small quantities, but is lacking vitamin C, as well as calcium and fat!. So, to fulfil all of your daily nutritional requirements you would need to drink a glass of orange juice, two glasses of milk, and 47 pints of Guinness!.

soups and broths very regularly!.
Liquid diets are only meant to be carried out for a few days at a time!. More than that is really unhealthy!.
If you want to loose fat, you can only do that by eating healthy foods and working out!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
