What's a good, healthy diet and exercise plan? (not one I have to purchase)?

I'm a 5'10" 160 lbs. girl. Design me a diet and exercise plan. What are good, easy to make, cheap meals I can eat? Keep in mind that my food budget is $55 a week, which is like $2.62 a meal minus whatever I spend on snacks. What should I have for snacks? What should I drink? How many calories a day should I shoot for?

What should I do for exercise? I don't have access to a gym or any gym equipment, and I live in a rural area/small town. I don't want to run outside because it's embarrassing.
