Answers:
In a sense, yes!.!.!. it is an disorder; It's like a form of reverse bulimia!.!.!. you know you want/ need to stop, but you can't!.

This is a combination of your surroundings and your mind!. The first step to dealing with you "eating disorder" is to find the root!.!.!. do you find yourself eating often when you feel like there's nothing to do!? do you constantly snack while watching TV or doing other activities!?

the next step would be eliminating this; whenever you feel the urge to eat, try drinking some water, brushing your teeth, or choose healthier alternatives-- fruit, yogurt, low-sodium crackers, veggies w/ light dip!.!.!.

If that's not it, then go seek medical attention!. This could be serious!.!.!. you could have a thyroid problem, or your metabolism could be "wired" incorrectly!.!.!. or it could all be in your head!. but DEFINETLY see a doctor, because if it's something medical and you leave it alone, it could worsen; added to the fact that if you want to get healthy, they could advise you in the best way to do it!.

Monitor your food intake!.!.!. like, watch yourself while you eat!.!.!. eat slower, and take the time to chew and savour!.!.!. the longer you take to eat your food, the slower you go, the more time you give yourself to actually listen to the signals your brain is sending you-- the ones saying that you're full, or that you're still hungry!.!.!.

a little wordy, but i hope it helps!Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's not so much of an eating disorder as it is a psychological disorder!. You probably eat more when you're nervous, or bored!. If anything, you should go to both a psychologist and a normal doctor!. If you can't do that, whenever you start to want too much food remind yourself that you have a problem and that it's not going to get any better if you keep succumbing to the urges!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

stop eating sweets!. if your around it all the time just, stop buying it!. when you lose or gain weight the first place it usaully effects is you face!. when you feel full your body knows what its telling you so listen to it!. eat smaller portions drink lots of water, no soda! as for the disorder id think so because a lot of people have this problem!. but go to the doctor ask him if theres something else you can do for your problem!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

yes
go to a doctor, and see if you have it
if not then you need to eliminate a lot of food in your house so you cannot eat so much, such things as hiding it or lowering down the sweets can do a lotWww@Answer-Health@Com
