Hey there, so I just started my workout plan yesterday, I plan on doing some crunches and shuch after I rn!. What are some other good stomach exercises I can do!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

The Plank - lie on your front on the floor, position your forearms and palms flat on the floor at shoulder width apart!. raise yourself up on your forearms and balls of feet!. Keep your back and body in a straight line!. Hold this position for 30 seconds or as long as you can!. Repeat 3 times!.
Leg raises - lie on your back, arms by sides, palm down!. Keep legs straight and lift legs to 45 degrees from floor!. lower legs so they are just above the ground!. Repeat 20 times!.
Twist crunch - do a crunch and as you raise up twist your upper body so that your right elbow touches left knee!. repeat with left elbow and right knee!.
side dips - stand with legs shoulder width apart!. hold a light weight in one hand with your hands by your sides!. face forwards and slowly bend to the side where you are holding the weight!. Bend until you feel the muscles on the other side of your stomach feel tense!. Slowly return your body to the upright position!. Repeat 20 times for each side!.
When performing all of these exercises you should attempt to keep your abs tensed at all times, and not use force from you back muscles!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

lay on your back, sticking both your legs straight up in the air!. slowly, (and i mean sloooooowwwly), lower your legs to the floor!. make sure you're keeping them stright, and point your toes!. you'll know it's working, you'll definitely feel it!. if you don't then you're not doing it right!. i put my hands under my back for extra support!. start off just doing five, then work your way up!. i can do about fifty now, it reeally builds that muscle!.!.!.
