How fast will i lose weight if i do this?..!


Question: How fast will i lose weight if i do this!?!.!.
skip breakfast, special k cereal for lunch, and lean meats and veggies for dinner and do 30 crunches, 10 push-ups and run 1-2 miles daily!?

You will never lose weight on that diet!. Over the past 10 weeks I have lost 30 pounds!. I suggest following a diet that consists of all three meals and 1 or 2 snacks throughout the day!.
Breakfast: Fat Free Yogurt w/ Fruit & Very Little Cereal w/ 1/2 Banana and 1% milk-(Your body needs fat so op for 1% over skim milk)
Snack: Apple-any fruit

Lunch: Turkey/Chicken Breast Sandwich on Whole Wheat Bread w/ Romaine Lettuce add low fat swiss or a "good" dressing if desired!. Also have a serving of vegies(carrorts) and fruit such as a banana/apple/ or even a jello fruit cup!.

Dinner: Eat Anything really!. There is no need to deprive yourself just replace certain bad things i!.e pasta w/ wheat pasta and so forth!. There is really nothing you can not have!. Make dieting fun so it can be implemented in every day life!. If you want ice cream one night have ice cream!. I reserve every Friday dinner to splurge!.!.!.I'll eat 3-4 slices of pizza or a juicy burger w/ onion rings and not think twice and still lose weight!. Diets are not meant to be restrictive!.

Also must add I go to the gym 7 days a week!. I lift weights 4-5 days a week and do 30-45 minutes of cardio 7 days a week!. I live 5 min from my gym so 3-4 days a week I go twice for around 20-30 minutes of cardio!. Hope that helps!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Listen to what the first 3 answerers said, I didn't know this and suffered, you can gain about ten pounds a year if you don't breakfast, because it really slows your metabolism down!. Breakfast is really important, you should have a big one!. Have breakfast like a king, lunch an averagely rich person and dinner like a peasant!. Eat a lot of protein, low fat and slightly low carbs!. Aim for 35 grams a fat a day (3!.5 grams saturated, NO trans fats, eat healthy fats http://www!.healthyfats!.ca/default_en!.asp!.!.!. 120 carbs, 1 gram of protein for every pound you weigh, 20 grams of fiber, 8 glasses of water (cold water is awesome, because your body burns calories to heat yourself up)!. If you want to you can also have 6 meals instead of 3 and eat every 2 hours!. That would be good excercise by the way n also, don't bloat yourself with food either, just eat until your not hungry and eat when you are really hungry (signs are stomach rumbling, feeling empty)!. EAT BREAKFAST!. Your metabolism helps with weigh loss so you need to eat early, even if it's only a peice of toast!. And yes, if you continue doing what you are, you should lose weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

well first off DON'T skip breakfast coz breakfast speeds up your metabolism!
try have like a few carrots or an apple for brekkie or something else low cal!.
doing that even without the brekkie lol you will lose HEAPS of weight!

Best to skip lunch than skip breakfast!. Breakfast gets you metabolism going so your body starts burning engery sooner!. 30 crunchies definately won't help you!Www@Answer-Health@Com
