How do I do this?!????? Is this even acceptable?!?!!

Question: How do I do this!?!!?!?!?!?!? Is this even acceptable!?!!?!
I have lost ten pounds already this summer!. I am 5'8 and down to 145 right now!.

Would ten more pounds be a good goal to lose in the next 2 months or so!?

I also have another question!. I only eat chicken and fish, for my protein, besides beans, nuts, and eggs!.

How many times a month should you eat fish!?

Any help is great!. :]

First - Congratulations on the first 10!. Yes 10 lbs in 2 months is great!. Recommended safe weight loss is 1-2 lbs a week!.

General wisdom says to eat fish 2-3 times a week, but be careful about eating Tuna as it is a predator!. Tuna tend to have a higher concentration of Mercury than other fish!. The rest of your protein sounds great!. As was pointed out in another answer, make sure you are getting some calcium!.

Good job and keep it up!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

That sounds fine!. You should eat fish at LEAST once or twice a week!. You should eat fish more than chicken, because fish fat is very healthy, and chicken fat isn't!. When you eat chicken, you shouldn't eat the skin, and you should eat white meat, unless you really only like dark meat!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

10lbs for 2months is fine
it would mean you would have to lose about 5lbs a month which is perfect
eating protein is great for weight loss, but you should eat eggs as well as more dairy because they contain calcium
good luck, and well done so far!
