Question: 3500 calories!?!? 10 points
is it possible 2 burn that much calories in oe day!?!?
if so how!?!? and how long should i exercise and what exercises should i do!?!?!?

Depending on your metabolism, age and amount of muscle, you burn a certain amount of calories doing nothing!. Probably about 1200-1500!. You burn another 200 just brushing teeth/fidgeting as well!. Walking quickly for about 45 minutes burns 250 so walk as much as you can, take the stairs etc!. So get to the gym to try and burn some more off, the machines will show how many cals you're burning!. 3500 is very hard a day though!. If you're looking to lose weight you'd probably be better off trying to burn 2000-2500 a day and lowering your calorie intake to 1200-1500!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

How!? Pick you exercise, the more intense the exercise, the less time it will take!.

How long!? This can not be determined as this is going to to be highly dependent on your heart rate and the exercise that your are doing - ie: how physically exerting is the exercise!. Each machine, heart rate monitor, etc use their own algorithm to determine this!.

usually working out each day only burns between 300-800 calories a day if you do really well! people think thats all you burn in a day but thats wrong!!

everyone had a BMR (basal metabolic rate) something like that
thats what everyones body burns even if you just sat on the couch all day!. those numbers are all ranging between 1200-2000 a day!. so that PLUS what your burning in workouts, thats what you have to look at!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
