Question: Any dieting or exercise tips that I can use!?
I want to lose 20 to 30 pounds by Jaunary!. Would that be possible if I keep on a strict diet and work out with cardio and weight lifting!. I want to look good on my wedding day!. Thanks!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Eat healthy and do light cardio to get the weight off!. Don't lift weight until you've reached your goal!. My clients eat a high protein, low carb diet with plenty of veggies, fruit and water!. Results average 10 lbs per month and are the safest and longest lasting!. Balance your meals and your physical activity!. The diet isn't exactly strict, but commitment is essential with anything you do in life!. Buy a book on high protein, low carb diets!. keep a food journal and email me with questions!.
