My goodness! What are you doing to yourself??? You need to stop! You're gonna kill yourself and I'm not joking! 115 pounds is not overweight for your height. Trust me- I am a college student studying to become a Registered Dietician and I've learned all about weight loss, as well as what weight you should be. I'll be honest with you, your weight should be between 95 and 115 pounds. If you gain a little bit of weight over that, it's ok. I guarantee you that you won't look fat and no one will notice. By the way, don't compare yourself to your friend because your friend is a different height and possibly has a different size frame. If her frame is medium (like most people are) and she is 5'5, she's should weigh between 115 and 135 pounds. Her ideal weight is 125 pounds. So, your friend is actually underweight. Honestly, being underweight is not the most attractive.

Do you mind me asking you a couple questions? Did you just start starving yourself and throwing up or have you been doing this for a while? Have you lost any weight or are you about the same weight as you were 2 weeks ago? It's a little hard to tell at this point but it seems to me like you could be becoming bulimic and it's a very serious issue. If not, you could be turning anorexic. Do you feel guilty about eating and throwing up? Are you ashamed of what you're doing to yourself? If you are and are afraid to talk to someone about it, you're probably Bulimic. Bulimic people are very secretive because they're ashamed and feel guilty about what they're doing. They know it's bad for them and they still feel fat. I was asking about if you've lost weight or not because Bulimics often fluctuate in their weight but are generally close to their original weight because even if you throw up, your body still absorbs about 20% of the nutrients from the food.

Exercising 8 hours a day is very intense. You don't need to exercise THAT much. You're just gonna wear yourself out! If you're gonna exercise, I think no more than 2 hours per day is more than enough. You can get excellent results with your body with just that much. Trust me, i've done it before and have tried all different things.

About your eating habits- if you continue to eat only 4 meals in 2 weeks, you're gonna eventually die. I'm very serious about this! Your body will start to shut down. You HAVE TO have energy (from carbs, fat, and protein), vitamins, minerals, and fluids in order for your body to work. There are so many bad things that could happen when you don't eat. Your brain and red blood cells actually REQUIRE carbs to function. Also, when you don't eat, your body goes into starvation mode, so your metabolism will actually slow down. That is not something you want. The goal for weight loss is to speed up your metabolism so you can burn off the calories quicker, causing you to lose weight. For anybody who needs to lose weight, the answer is not to starve yourself. You need to just eat healthy foods, watch your portions (but at the same time, be reasonable and not starve yourself), and get all your vitamins and minerals.

I know you may or may not believe what I say, but trust me, a lot of young people like you who feel fat and want to lose weight, end up with an eating disorder. It all starts out as a simple diet and exercise plan just like yours and it gets out of control. Many of them get very sick and some die. It can happen to anybody...so that does include you. I don't mean to scare you but I do worry about people like you. If you're so concerned about your weight (which you shouldn't in the first place), you can always talk to your doctor or go see a Registered Dietician.

Since I know you aren't overweight, I don't need to tell you how to lose weight because I don't want you to take the wrong route but if you want, email me and I can tell you how to eat healthy and make good choices so you won't gain any weight.
