Question: What are some ways I can keep healthy during the school year!?
I lost a lot of weight this summer and I really want to keep it off!. I'm trying to work out a lot but most of it came off because I stopped eating sweets!. During school I have a habit of overeating during lunch because I'm always really hungry which causes me to put all the weight back on!. What are some tips to help me eat less but fill up and stay healthy!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

The best regimen is always a healthy diet and reasonable exercise!. It's tough during school, but stay away from sweets, eat salads and proteins, avoid carbs in excess, and find an exercise plan that fits into your schedule - even if it's just walking!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
i was the same way last year, i lost a lot of weight over summer, and i lost even more during the school year, and so far i lost 20lbs!. i eat something healthy for breakfast, what is really good and filling is 1 c!.low-fat vanilla yogurt, 1/2 c!. of blueberries and 1c!. bran flakes, they even sell the yogurt high in fiber!. then im always hungry mid morning, so i bring like a granola bar like an hour and a half before lunch!. fiber one bars are super filling and are delicious!. and for lunch i would bring a salad, yogurt, or a sandwhich, Baked! chips, or some with whole grains, and fruit everyday!

take more of the bread stuff cause when you drink somthing it will blowup and when you do homework eat a small healthy snackWww@Answer-Health@Com
try not to drink alot of calories!.!.soda!.!.juices!.!.BEER lol!.!.you have no idea how much weight we gain just off drinking
