Help....what can i eat??!


Question: Help!.!.!.!.what can i eat!?!?
I'm a vegetarian, i don't eat eggs or any other meat!
i'm anemic (low in iron), and i need advise on what types of food would be good for me!.!.!.especially food that's high in iron!
please help me, what foods could i eat that aren't meat, but very good for me- like foods that would be nutritious and fill all my body's requirements!

Spinach is relatively high in iron!. Beans contain iron, and are a good source of potein for vegetarians!. Most breakfast cereals are fotified with iron, or you could just take a daily vitamin/ mineral supplement for your daily iron!. When sticking to a vegetarian diet, its easy to get stuck in a bready/ cheesey rut - i!.e!. eating lots of pizzas and cheese sandwiches as they are meat free!. Try to eat lots of wholegrains, beans and legumes!. Also if you eat a wide variety of veggies and fruit, you are les likley to be deficient in the B vitamins which is a risk for vegetarians!. Try to eat lots of diferent brightly colored fruit and veg e!.g!. blueberries, carrots, swet potato, spinach!.!.!.!. and you should have your bases covered!. Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Red beets provide Vitamins A and C, calcium and iron, and add fiber to the diet!. They are delicious when just drizzled with a salad dressing of choice!. If you buy them fresh, just boil them until tender, let cool, and then peel!.!.!. then slice and season!

Other veggies like broccoli and bok choy are also high in iron in vitamin C!. It is the vitamin that helps the body absorb the iron!.

You may also eat bran flakes, as they are a good source of iron, although not as high as those veggies above!.

Well im anemic to and i understand your problem!. I eat salads alot, and fruit and veges!. Apple juice is good to and so is orange juice!. You should try these foods for they r good for u and high in iron!. You can also eat jello too!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Cottage cheese has lots of nutrients!. And it's delish! Mmm!.!.!.FiberOne bars are granola bars with a little bit of chocolate and something sticky on them, they're really good too!. And they've got lots of fiber!. Eat fruit!.!.!.I think fruit has lots of good iron in it!. ?Www@Answer-Health@Com

chocolate is full or iron!.try that and have chocolate after like the first meal of the day,it makes you not wanting chocolate AS much or anything sweet AND ALSO u will be higher in iron :)

An average bowl of fortified breakfast cereal,
dried figs, A tablespoonful of sesame seeds, Spring greens boiled,
baked beans: All these veg foods contain enoigh iron to supply!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
