You are not technically overweight(in terms of BMI), but it couldn't hurt to lose a small amount of weight (5-10 pounds)!. Being comfortable with yourself is more important than being thin, but if you want to lose some weight, go ahead!.

You're not overweight, and weight doesn't matter as much as health, anyway!. So worry more about your body mass index rather than your weight!. Your weight can fluctuate quite a bit, actually, and you can still be healthy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
