What do i have to do i know exercise a lot
but what else !? And how much can I lose!?

If you really do exercise, make extra effort!.!.!. double time and or extend time!.

Eat less than your usual right now!. No more eating 3 hours before you sleep!. Eat citrus and fibre reach foods!.!.!. regular bowel also contibutes to weight loss and the acids aid in fat burning!. Avoid sweets or eat very minimal just for a quick energy source during workouts!. Eat more veggies and fruits because they fill you but with less calories!. No fatty and salty foods!. I suggest you take supplements!. Skipping meals is not good, though!.

Sleep 7 to 8 hours!. Long hours of sleep will mean of course, you are not eating and certain nerves in your brain is deactivated to keep you from the "hungry mode"!.

Doing those things with true commitment and honesty could make you lose at least a guarranteed 7 pounds in 7 days!.

I have read that you safely can only loose 1-2 lb's a week!. That is if you do everything right!. 1 lb equals 3,500 calories less a week(500 a day)!. you would get 2lb's if you do the same thing with exercise!. Sorry but you are going to have to count your calories!. And remember to only eat when your stomach is growling!. Good Luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
