Question: How can i loose weight, details included 8-) Please help!?
I'm 12 years old!.
5 foot 7
And 11 stone 6 =\ :(
size 10-12
I have 36D boobs 8-) So thats were most of my weight is!.
I feel really really really really fat!. !?
Anyone know how i can loose weight quiet quickly !?
I'd really like to be a size 10!.

My goodness lady, aren't you lucky!?! You're certainly bustier than I am, and I'm twenty!. I certainly wish I had a bit more there!. (haha)

First of all, you are twelve, and I remember at that age I was such an awkward feeling kid!. It's more than likely that the older you get, the more weight you'll lose, or you'll at least even out some, mostly just because your body isn't quite sure WHAT'S going on!. In fact!.!.!. I think mine's FINALLY settling into its desired shape!.

So!.!.!.!. secondly, please do stay well!. Don't feel too down about yourself because that makes life ever so dark!. Is the sun shining!? Go outside and take a really peaceful bikeride and bring along some music!. Add some physical activity in there!.
Swimming can be great for you as well!. It tones all of your muscles and if you push hard enough really gets your cardio going!. It is summer!
Try taking a jog three to four times a week!. There's no need to strain yourself!. Jog for about 30 minutes!. Again, bring some music that you can run to and perhaps you'll daydream a little which will makes things go a little faster!. If you engage in such physical activities, your muscles will start craving more engery!.!.!. and you're going to burn more fat even when you're not doing anything at all!

Also! DO remember to eat breakfast every morning!. It would be best if you ate a half an hour after you wake up, just to turn on the switch to your metabolism!. You can have whole bran cereal, low fat milk or yogurt, and a nice piece of fruit!. But switch it up every now and again as not to get bored!.

Drink green tea as well!
And make sure you get some lean meat, like chicken or turkey breast, as well as other forms of protein!. A great snack can be hummus and carrots! Yum!

If you want to lose weight, the key is to burn more calories than you take in!. to do that, exercise and a healthy diet are the things you need to do!. For a healthy diet, you should be eating 6 meals a day!. A breakfast, morning snack, lunch, afternoon snack, dinner, and a dessert!.
