Yeah. They weren't that bad though... after using it about a week, when I went to the bathroom, only oil came out at first. Then solid stuff and whatnot. But that was it... I wasn't like shitting my pants or anything that people are making it seem like. But I also wasn't eating a significant amount of fat.
