Question: About binging!? 10 pts best answer!.
Ahhh ok I work out a lot!.!. I'd say about 2 hours each day!. And I know to get in shape you have to go both ways (excersize & diet)!. The excersize goals are always met, but for some reason, I can't eat right!. I get even hungrier after I excersize, so I'll just eat whatever!. If something looks good I'll eat it, and I wish I could stop!. I'm not fat, 5'0 and 100 pounds!.!. I just want a better body and this isn't really cutting it!. I NEED to stop binging on unhealthy food!. Any help will be greatly appreciated!

Working out 2 hours a day and at 5'0", 100lbs, you can't have a bad body!. Try doing exercises that tone the muscles you want to specifically work on!. Also, don't buy junk food!. Don't keep it in the house!. Then, when you want to snack, you can snack on things that won't work to undo everything you've worked for!.

Make sure that you're getting good, balanced meals high in fiber throughout the day (every 2 hours from 9AM to 7PM) and that you're having a good snack before your workout!. Binging is usually caused by a lack of fuel in the body and its increasingly difficult to stop because it is almost a bodily reaction or impulse!. Your mind wants it, not your stomach!. Try the balanced meal thing, and I know this sounds weird, but next time you feel like unhealthy snacking, brush your teeth!. Find some food that is delicious AND nutritious!.!.!.
There's some good health food stores out there that have very tasty snacks that have some good stuff for you in them!. You can like!.!. carry around some yummy health-food munchies in a little bag with you if you want!. But yeah, there's alot of good food out there!. Explore the possibilities, and remember what your goal is before you start chowing down on chocolate!.

How old are you!? IF you my age (15) that'd be good cause i way 99!.9 pounds! XD!. (I'm not trying to be mean) Well The best thing to do is everything that is unhealthy, Just hide somewhere!. Like me, i have a fridge downstairs that i never look in except when i need something that i ran out of!. Then all the Healthy stuff int he main Fridge!. You know what i'm saying!? and if you feel the earge to eat after you work out!. Just eat an apple or something 'While' you work out!. =\

Remove the junk food from your house, or only on certain days treat yourself to junk food!.!.

Maybe you arent working out right so try this!.

Biking in the morning or evening

Workout 1 hour after you wake up, workout 1 hour before you sleep!.

You should have 3 meals a day!.

Do not skip any especially breakfest!!!


ALSO!.!.!. avoid drinking coke, pepsi anything like that!.!.

Don't you see why you're so hungry!? Too much exercise and not enough healthy food!. You'll just maintain your weight, which is fine!. I don't know what you're eating so I couldn't tell you if it was unhealthy!.
