Ha! I hang a favorite dress or bathing suit in my room, so when I see it I think about how fantastic it is going to look on me when I've reached my goal!
Also, I try to stay busy doing something else, otherwise I'm too tempted to focus on what I'm not eating!. LOL!.
I also set a very strict rule, I only weigh myself on Tuesdays!. If I force myself to only weigh myself once a week I'm less likely to get discouraged when I see normal weight fluctuations on the scale!.

--I have to admit that once I even cut out pictures of beautiful women from a magazine and posted them all over the fridge, just to make me double think before I opened that fridge--

Inspiration!? You should be your own inspiration!. You're doing what you're doing so you can help yourself and do what's good for you in the long run!. Not changing yourself now will only hurt worse later!. I don't want to compare myself to other people, because I am who I am!. And you are who you are, so don't try to be someone else!. It's different when you just admire a certain trait on someone and wish to have the same trait!. For example, don't say you hope to have bigger muscles than Brad Pitt or as big as Brad Pitt!. Say to yourself that you want to make your muscles big enough to show off, too!. You were created for a reason, so take care of yourself!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I think a great way to inspire yourself for your diet is to give yourself small goals!. When you achieve your goal give yourself a reward!. Just don't make the reward food based!. Perhaps you could buy yourself tickets to a jonas brother's concert!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

just dont eat fatty foods get some protien for ya muscles dont have to many carbs and drink WATER if you dont like water get the sugar free flovoured tea thats what i drink and its great

do it for yourself!. don't worry what others think about you!. think of how great you'll feel when you look hot in that bikini and those snug jeans fit again!.
