Best way to get rid of lower back fat/hip fat at HOME?

I was just wondering the best way to get rid of lower back/hip fat? I can't run very well because my knees suck, and ever since I stopped I acquired a small amount of fat, and whenever I wear lower, tighter jeans..it shows. I've been trying some exercises but haven't seen results. Any ideas for how to get rid of it at home?

(im assuming your a girl) you lose hip fat last, first its from every other part of your body, and then you lose weight at your hips

with clothing, there are differnt ways to cover it up.. wear high waisted (they dont have to be REALLY high.. just not hipster) jeans. they cover all of the hip bit and they make really nice curves. alternative you can by a 'tummy sucker' if you want. but if you want to 'lose' the body fat there maybe to aerobics or yoga/pilates.. or something..

have a schedule and also stretch each day when you wake up
