Can you give me a good ab workout routine I can follow?!
Question: Can you give me a good ab workout routine I can follow!?
I'd like to follow this routine for at least a month!.
I'm not chubby or anything, I've already lost 18lbs in the past 2 months doing cardio workouts!. I weight 155 and my height is 5'9, i'm 19 yrs old!.

Well, I guess you could do the same workout as me!.

Everyday I do at least 50 crunches, 25 with my feet on the ground (normal crunches I guess you could say) and 25 with my feet crossed and up in the air!. Then, I do 50 crunches to my right and 50 to my left!. After you've finished that, get your stop watch out!. For about a minute do "superman"!. If you don't know what that is, its where you lay on your stomach and raise your arms and legs/feet in the air at least 5 inches!. Do this for a minute to two minutes!. Next your going to do bridges!. A bridge is where you are on your toes and forearms, kinda like this: http://www!.sixpacknow!.com/Flash_videos/t!.!.!. Do this for a minute!. Make sure you keep your body in a straight line, and your tightening your abs when doing this!. Then do a side bridge like so: http://www!.sixpacknow!.com/Flash_videos/s!.!.!.
