5 lean cuisines is quite a bit !.!.would be a lot of sodium which may mask your weightloss efforts!.
Eat 5 small meals a day but make them clean!. Raw fruits and veggies!.!.lean protien!.!.whole wheat carbs!.!.lots of water!.

Have you had your thyroid checked!? Because no matter how much will power you have and you excersise like a nut and drink enough water to float the Titanic ,,,,,, this little thyroid can be a major problem but once you get diagnosed with Hyper or Hypo which is what I have ~ then the weight should peel off one pound at a time!. Walking is good and maybe join a gym but I would get a physical done first and add a Thyroid check to it!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
why would you eat five lean cuisines!?!? If you want to eat lean cuisines for meals that's cool, but five! The portions of lean cuisines are pretty small, so I think you can do those for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, but do small snacks in between, not two additional meals!. I changed my eating habits about 3 months ago from eating 3 meals a day to 6 small meals a day and working out twice a week!. I'm 5ft!. tall and weigh 98lbs!. I used to weigh 118lbs, so I lost like 20lbs!. Try it, it works!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
Don't eat five lean cusines!.!.!.!.!.!.eat like 3!.!.!.!.!.and a small healthy snack in between!. Definitely exercise even if you can't go to the gym!. You may loose five pounds in one full week just for cutting back on any junk food, soda, or any other unhealthy thing that you eat in your daily diet!. But light meals and exercise is the key!.!.!.!.!. Dont focus on food too much it will ruin your efforts!. Just make sure to keep yourself busy with activities, and if you dont have any just make some up!. I know this from experience!. I lost about 5 pound in one week because i didn't eat much, but I ate!.!.!.!.I only drank water!.!.!.!.!.and I stayed busy with walking and homework!.!.!.ripping and running through college!!! Well It Matters How Much Effort You Put Into It You Could Go Running Every Morning And Drink Stuff Like Fresh Orange And Dont Snack If You Do Snack ON Fruuit I No It Dunt Sound That Nice But You Have To If You Want To Get Slimer!.
