Question: Is it healthy to do this!?
i'm on a diet, so i decided to eat very little(and very slowly) and very healthy until i'm not hungry, when i feel hungry again, i eat a little!.
is this healthy!?
and can i loose weight like this!?

Drinking lots of water is a Plus! keep up the good work! but as far as you eating "very little and very slowly" thats not good! You have to make sure you have a healthy BREAKFAST, LUNCH, and DINNER!!.!. its OK to eat, but you just have to be cautious of WHAT you eat!.!. DONT STARVE yourself or else your body wont get the nutrients it needs to help you lose the weight!Www@Answer-Health@Com
